Leadership Team

Brian joined Arc Home as CEO in 2023 and brings with him over 20 years of industry experience. His background encompasses capital markets, product development and a variety of other leadership positions at some of the nation’s leading originators. Mr. Devlin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Fordham University and his MBA from LaSalle University.

Eamon joined Arc Home in 2025 as the Chief Operations Officer. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Mr. Cantwell brings deep expertise in operations, strategic planning, and process optimization. Most recently, he served as a mortgage broker, providing him with a unique perspective on client needs and expectations. This firsthand experience informs his approach to operational excellence and customer-centric strategies. Before joining Arc Home, Eamon held leadership roles at some of the largest lenders in the country and successfully founded and led his own mortgage company. At Arc Home, he oversees all operational aspects of the company, focusing on delivering excellence through process improvements and operational scalability. Mr. Cantwell earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Chris joined Arc Home in 2019 as Vice President, Controller, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2025. With more than 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience, Mr. Bowen-Ashwin oversees all financial aspects of Arc Home, including accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury, and asset management. Prior to Arc Home, he spent 12 years at a publicly traded mortgage company, where he held leadership roles in SEC reporting, compliance, statutory reporting, and accounting policy. He began his career in public accounting, gaining experience in both a global assurance practice and a regional accounting firm. Mr. Bowen-Ashwin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John joined Arc Home in 2025 as the Chief Production Officer. With 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industries, Mr. Gibson has a proven track record in third-party originations, production strategy, and sales leadership. Prior to joining Arc Home, John held senior leadership roles at some of the largest lenders in the country, where he successfully drove revenue growth and expanded market share. At Arc Home, John oversees all production efforts, focusing on strategic sales initiatives, client engagement, and team development. Mr. Gibson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

Nazim brought his 24 years of technology knowledge in mortgage banking to Arc Home in 2020. Mr. Ahmed’s experience includes implementing mission critical systems, technology transformation and strategy. At Arc Home, Nazim is tasked with building cutting edge systems using emerging technologies to automate workflow in originations and servicing, with an emphasis on improving the customer experience. Mr. Ahmed received his Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

Stuart joined Arc Home in 2022 and brings over 9 years of financial services experience to Arc Home. Before joining Arc, Mr. Keplar held multiple in-house counsel roles at various mortgage lenders providing guidance to leadership in areas involving corporate governance, secondary market transactions, commercial transaction review, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and other areas as needed. At Arc Home, Stuart leads all legal and compliance aspects of the company. Mr. Keplar received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law.

Gerard joined the Arc Home team in 2022 as the EVP of Marketing. Mr. McGeever has over 20 years of financial services experience primarily in the TPO and servicing marketing space. At Arc Home, Gerard leads all marketing initiatives including branding, messaging, analytics, and client feedback. Mr. McGeever received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from LaSalle University.

Michael joined Arc Home in 2022 as its first CHRO. His 25 years of human resources experience span a variety of industries, including financial services. Prior to taking on his role at Arc Home, Mr. Rivera held senior level leadership positions with multiple global organizations. Michael is responsible for providing full Human Resources services including creating a best in-class talent and culture strategy. Mr. Rivera received Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Human Resources Management from Susquehanna University.

Mark, who joined Arc Home in 2017, provides over 20 years of Capital Markets experience to the Arc Home leadership team. Prior to Arc, Mr. Schaefer held Capital Markets executive level positions in both originations and loan servicing. At Arc Home, Mark leads all aspects of Capital Markets, including loan trading and inventory management, hedge analytics and investor relationships. Mr. Schaefer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from West Chester University and an MBA from LaSalle University.
