·         Full Doc qualifying

·         Loan amounts eligible to $2,500,000

·         Up to 80% LTV/CLTV

·         FICO down to 660

·         Reserves as low as six (6) months

·         30-Year Fixed Rate – Fully Amortized

·         Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU) “Approve” required

·         Purchase, Rate/Term, and Cash-Out Refinance allowed

·         1-2 unit properties, Fannie Mae warrantable condos, properties up to 10 acres eligible

·         Guideline exceptions will NOT be considered
