Effective immediately and until further notice, transactions for properties located in the State of North Dakota are ineligible for ALL Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA loan products.

This suspension impacts agency and government products only. Arc Home continues to accept loan transactions for properties located in the State of North Dakota for all Arc Access Non-QM, Arc Elite QM, Conventional Investment, FNMA/FHLMC Second Home & Investment, Jumbo Express, and Jumbo Prime loan programs.
