As a result of the ongoing threat posed by wildfires in New Mexico, Arc Home is expanding the area of suspension for Correspondent loan purchases. The additional county affected by the update is noted in the list. Effective immediately and until further notice, Arc Home is suspending the purchase of all Correspondent loans secured by properties located in the impacted counties.

·         Otero (NEWLY ADDED)

Once the situation has stabilized and the temporary suspension can be removed, Arc Home will communicate the inspection requirements for properties located within the impacted area.
