Effective July 22, 2024, Arc Home is increasing the review fee for transactions vesting in the name of an entity from $150 to $250. This change applies to loans registered on or after July 22, 2024, as well as transactions in which the initial entity vesting request is submitted to Arc Home on or after July 22, 2024.

Important Notes

·         Vesting in the name of an entity is permissible only for business purpose investment transactions within the Access Non-QM and Edge Non-QM loan programs. Refer to the product matrices and Arc Underwriting Guide (available HERE) for complete details.
